Today, I am thankful for so much, my cup runneth over. We had a wonderful 4th of July celebration here yesterday. I hope you all did too. From beginning to end it was just such an amazing day of good food, good drinks, great company, and plenty of explosives !!
We have had our friends Shawn and Marie and their son Jordan visiting from NV. and I am just going to go ahead and say, that Miss Marie she's one of my favorites on planet earth. She is beyond amazing to me. I Love her so very much, and although we've only known each other 8 years it has been a very full 8 years. Do you ever have friends that come into your life and fit like a puzzle piece that was missing?
That's what it is like with me and My Sweet Marie.
And then our husbands fit like a baseball and glove. Not sure who's the ball and who's the glove but whatevs.
And our boys.... Well Jordan and Solomon are really brotha's from other motha's :)
Yes, hello captain obvious.
We were able to go to a Mariners vs. Bo Sox (go Bo Sox's )ball game, The Market, The Experience Music Project, and have some great walks while they were here. It was so nice to have her all to myself. I can hardly believe how much Jordan has grown. To see our boys play together again, did my heart good.
Solomon and Jordan picked up where they left off being goof-balls and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. These two together are joy-incarnate. What is better than a 10 and 12 year old boy, loving life and living it to the fullest? Well, maybe some 30 something boys loving life.
Thee hee hee, Look at My Giant of a Man so happy and cute :)
These "3 Philosophers" had some much needed bonding and building time. Don't ya know that's how real men bond? They build something together.
These three studs built this pallet structure in less than 24 hours. I couldn't believe how fast it all went down. It gave me great hope for the future building projects we have up our sleeves here for 9567. Yay, for new buildings and for new life.
Yay for fireworks, and sparklers, and health, and independence, and AMERICA!!
So beyond thankful for it all.
