Raley's

I made the conscious decision to go grocery shopping at Raley's today. I know that to do a big grocery store trip there I usually end up spending about 50 to 75 dollars more than I usually would spend at Wal-Mart or Winco but I have to say today it was worth it.
It was worth to not have to bag my own groceries. To have someone walk the second cart out to my car. To have them ask if I needed help unloading. To have room to walk down the cereal isle and to have a wide variety of fancy cheeses, olives, and wines to choose from.

IT WAS WORTH IT!!

I don't mind walmart. I usually wear my iPod for most of the trip. Today, I shopped at at Whole Foods. Definitely more money, but I got some great produce. Delish snacks as well. Whoa meat there is expensive.

I like whole foods for several reasons, one being that the people are much nicer. Not just the employees but the shoppers. Yes, meat is pricy there, but costco is actually getting more & more organic stuff nowadays. Apples, chicken, beef, snacks, pastas...& the beef is cheaper!

Trader Joe's still has the best bean dip ever created.

I also love Whole Foods. I go to Raley's during the week if I forgot something, though.

The highlight of my W.F. shopping trip this week was finding organic pudding...seriously. Can't wait to try it!

I love Trader Joe's-- it's got a more personal feel than any of the other stores. Scolari's is most convenient because it's literally right next door, but Trader Joe's is number 2!

Raley's - The first store I remember shopping in as a child. Also the one I remember going to the most as a child. David and I got free cookies from the bakery and fought over who would ride under the cart!

Whole Food's - Amazing...not kid friendly (even if you just have two kids w/ you)...OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Could never do a whole shopping trip there, though I would like to....w/o my kids.

Costco - True, more and more organic stuff. Cheapest milk/meat in town.

Walmart - Downright dangerous

Trader Joe's - Sniff, sniff. THE BEST!
